Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK customers)
If your order is delivered to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please keep your proof of purchase.
Returns for the Rest of the World
For customers outside the EU and UK, returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item. In these cases we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.
If you changed your mind and live outside the EU/UK, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.
